This spectacular new waterfront condo was delivered as a blank slate. The client was downsizing from a large townhouse and wanted an updated, urban chic aesthetic. The goal was to create a neutral, contemporary space using pops of color. Art was a big focus for the client, so particular care was used to create a detailed lighting plan that highlighted the spectacular art while creating a warm ambiance throughout the space. In the dining room, the client asked for a show stopping built-in to add storage and display pieces collected while traveling, along with other mementos. The large living room and other spaces in the home were designed for comfortable living and to enjoy the vast harbor views.
